Booking Policy

At Sandra Lu Studio your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to provide the best service to all of my clients, please be aware of the cancellation and appointment policies:

Cancellations:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to notify me within this time frame will result in a £50 fee.

Missed Appointments:

If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show up, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled services. This policy ensures that my time is respected and allows me to serve other clients.

Late Arrivals:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time.I will do my best to accommodate you, but please note that if I do not hear from you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no-show” and treated as a missed appointment.

Booking Appointments:

A £50 deposit is required to secure all bookings, which will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.
